I’m an international attorney in Miami, Florida.

I work mainly with entrepreneurs and investors from German speaking countries looking to invest or start a business in the United States, but I also work with U.S. companies and individuals who want to start a business or invest in Europe. A large part of my work evolves around German-American and international tax structuring and planning.

I am one of the few German-American Attorneys who is fully qualified in both countries holding J.D. degrees from German and American universities. Being a German Board Certified Specialist in Tax Law, an Accountant by training, as well as a German government certified U.S. Immigration Consultant, I am fully equipped to help my clients in all aspects of Foreign Direct Investment either in the United States or Germany.
