Professional Title
The professional title „Rechtsanwalt” will be awarded to a German lawyer by the local bar association after passing two state exams and 2 years of practical training. The professional title „Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht“ will be awarded by the local bar association after a minimum of two years professional practice, after passing a special training course, and after proof of the practical experience in all major fields of German tax law.
